The TikTok story was so cute and made me cry. it also made me rethink how insignificant moments can become so powerful and life-changing--- so quickly. ty

Jenny I've watched your videos on and off for around 4 or 5 years, and I've realized that every time that I'm loosing a bit myself creatively or I'm seeking some inspiration I always subconsciously come back to your videos. And it works! Thank you ❤

I’m not much of a spirituality/self help person, but I love the way you incorporate it into your own life while maintaining logic and still taking responsibility for yourself! I’ve watched a lot of creators who mention this stuff over the years but in a completely unhelpful way for someone who has adhd. I was also recently diagnosed (in my early 20s) and I just want to say thank you for offering your insights and ACTUALLY helpful tips! There is such a lack of space for ADHDers online, especially in the “lifestyle” space. Long comment, just to say thank you for making these videos! I’m definitely going to try the board thing, I often struggle with overwhelm and think that’s a great idea to lessen it ❤️

I turned 30 a few weeks ago and it's making me feel compelled to really pause and reflect in a way that I haven't in ages. Thank you for this video, lots of great ideas and inspiration I'm excited to try :) Also, as a longtime viewer (I think I started following your channel like 6-7 years ago?!) it's so cool to see you evolving and growing into an ever truer version of yourself!

*~Jennyyyy~* ur the only KZbinr I consistently watch anymore. something about ur videos is just real, messy, chaotic, down to earth in a way that I don’t find other ~creators~ to be. Love your vibe & love hearing your thoughts on life

Oh Jenny you are like a long lost sister 🫶 I was just thinking about ways I could work on my reflections/goals and spoke to my bf about how I don’t resonate with New Year’s resolutions … these recalibrations are just what I needed … had to pause multiple times to journal while watching 😭💛

hey Jenny :) I *really* recommend the book no bad parts by Richard Shwartz. If you are into psychology, and spirituality. It's incredible. The concept is that we have no bad parts, and includes exercises you can follow in to allow better communication with all of your parts, including the ones you deem less desirable. imo it's true self love, because it's about showing compassion and curiosity towards these 'negative' parts of yourself instead of trying to run away from them. It brings you to wholeness and a deeper understanding and compassion towards yourself and others. hope this makes sense and resonates!!!! this concept (its called internal family systems) is similar to inner child work. and for me the combination of this kind of work and also learning about the nervous system and learning how to regulate, is like the dream team when it comes to healing! I would LOVE to know what your thoughts are about it if you ever read it :)
