I am so grateful that I found Kait and this channel! I almost gave up at 19:00 but I told myself -- I love myself enough to do this! If I would give anyone else (even a random stranger!) eight minutes of my time to make sure they were getting taken care of, I will take that time to care for myself :) Question for you, Kait (or anyone): Any suggestions for those of us who might be newer and who experience cramping in the soles of the feet when pointing/flexing?

SARAH!!! i LOVE this! Yes, way to go! I am so proud of you! I bet you felt so proud when you finished! That's a great question by the way. I do actually have a few videos dedicated to strengthening the feet and ankles. I'll link them below. Also, do you have a theraband? Or thick resistance band? Thank you for these amazing videos. I love them ♥️ and even though I started them, I have now started jogging and HIIT workouts. But these videos were my sprint board. I have two questions Kait please. I have arthritis in my knees. Can you recommend which video is best to everyday? And also, can I do them on the bed?
