Babe.. I can’t imagine how time consuming to do all the narratives and I deeply deeply appreciate it!!! Not only it is so motivating to see you, the real you at gym it is so calming for some reason!! Thank you for all the pep talk! My biggest issue like many others was not being consistent. And I’ve been able to hit the gym quite frequently and I was hoping that I could do this for the rest of 11months in 2023 and rest of my life! Girl what gym bros did you sacrifice to get such a sculpted and jacked boday 💯 you’re seriously my fave to watch cause we’re the same height and both lean green beans (although just me now 😂). How do you eat enough calories consistently to be in a surplus - i also have adhd and my meds cut my hunger so much. I did an accidental recomp in 2022, I’m trying to build now but it’s hard damn. The balance between taking them for focus and not taking them to eat 😞 Happy new year Libby! 🤩

heyy love the workouts but I've heard that it's not good to roll directly on your spine especially your lower back

if you already have an injury it’s probably not best to add additional pressure on a given area but foam rolling in general is wildly beneficial to recovery

People at my gym get MAD if you call while working out, like I understand it if you're just talking and not doing anything else except keep machinery reserved but you can easily workout and talk at the same time imo. They literally have a passive agressive sign that says you're only allowed to call in the "coffee corner".
