Hi Jessie, It feels like its beed so long since I have been here Xmas eveve the temperature was so bad that I had 6 people canceled the last minute. I understood and we had alot of fun. We went skying for a week. I wanted to take the time to wish u a happy new year to u and your family, may 2023 be a year of all the things you wish for. You were talking about resolution, on my end I dont really make those I choose a few words like business bc I am starting my new business. When we had our master bath remodeled several years ago, it was totally gutted. The only thing left in there was the walls. The contractor installed some thick poly to replace where the door was to contain the dust. There was hardly any dust to clean up in our bedroom after the demo. The job took about 10 days to complete, and it didn't affect our carpet at all. So, if you want to go ahead and replace the carpet, I would just go for it. I hope you make 100K this year. How do you regulate your schedule so you get up early and go to bed early, and your meal schedule? I am a widow almost 6 years but I am 65. We raised three children and I remember being that busy. Now I run out of energy. I have a almost 15 year old beagle so we go for daily walks. I have two cockatiels and two green cheek conures.

I've always tried to set a bedtime of 9:30 for myself and then naturally wake up around 6/7 -- the baby/ toddler has adjusted our schedule a little but we are now getting back to that same routine. Meals are 8/12/6. Give or take 30 minutes.

Advice for getting to 100k: (this is meant in a good or helpful spirit, not criticism btw) Techno/dance music is hard to listen to for long periods of time, esp when the watcher/listener is working. I know the intent is to pump people up to work along with, but i think i lot of the higher view channels are also catering to people who are watching while logged on for work or doing something they want to relax to. Techno> elevated heartbeat > stress. Unless you're actually working out with the video. But limiting. If that's what's you are specifically catering to that cool. But if you are looking for broader success, it might be something to consider.
