My word for this year is hygge! I want to just really enjoy the simple things in life and just do things that make me feel relaxed and cozy! I tend to stress myself out with New Year’s Resolutions and that isn’t what I want this year. I just want to enjoy life and embrace the simple pleasures life has to offer.

I love your “gyst do it” hoodie it’s 😍🤩 This year I’m determined not to let other people’s decisions get in the way of my happiness. This year I want to be good, do good, help others, help myself... I feel a real shift into actually feeling motivated and finally making the move to try and improve things for myself, to make whatever changes are in my power, and let go of whatever I can’t control or change currently. Your videos have inspired me so much, to start to achieve something and begin to grow into the person I want to be, the person I know I CAN be. Also, by the same token I’m really trying to take the idea of BALANCE into the new year, to not be so hard on myself but at the same time just gritting my teeth and not giving up or giving in on what I KNOW is best for me and those around me. Hi lovely, you probably already know this, but be mindful of which essential oils you are diffusing while Bently is around! I have a cat and I have learned that certain oils can be harmful on their small lungs while others are ok to occasionally use. Maybe do some research, although most sites have contradicting advice on which oils are the "safe" oils. I now only diffuse oils once every few days and dilute them quite a bit. Hope this helps :)

How do you dilute them? I have 2 cats, and the only oils I like are toxic 😢😢. Any hope of ever using them again???

@@cassidy757 I believe if you reduce your use of the oils ( from every day to let's say once or twice a week max) and you add in less drops (my diffuser says 5-6 drops for the amount of water needed but I only put in 2-3 drops. I also try and make sure it's diffusing in an open room where my cat can leave the area if it bothers her, and on the other days I just run the diffusor with water in it and nothing else! The most toxic thing for cats is if they ingest these oils, so be sure that your cat doesn't lick you if you apply them to your skin and keep the bottles out of reach. My belief is that once or twice a week in an open area should be ok for pets :) unfortunately there is no research to back up what I'm saying but that's just my experience

I am the same way about buying new things/consuming, but I’ve found, a good way to go shopping or to get inspired is to go to antique stores! A lot of the time, the money goes to a good cause and you’re not consuming more resources. Plus everything has a story and history. 🖤🔮🌚

I love how you explained your resolutions as not so much "goals" but lifestyle changes because I set 3 for myself this year and that sums it up! One was saving more money, another was to go to sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time everyday, and another was to not eat out as much! I've been a very attentive and devoted fan of yours for about two almost three years now. So you could say I was used to the blonde and I was like "she looks so good blonde wow" and for some reason I put off watching your vids when you went brunette and so much was changing but today I came back and watched this video because I really didn't do a proper reset for new years like I always do, and I was like "omg she looks even better brunette, looks so natural and her skin glows more too wow goals" and then it hit me.
