Hello and happy new year. Excellent list. Historic vehicles of G.I. Joe are really a lot and it's really difficult to rank! Definitely at the top of my list is the Defiant, perhaps for the satisfaction I felt when it was finished!

Awesome selections. Brought back many fun memories of my own GI Joe collection when I was younger. Wish I held on to them at times. I think that the Cobra MOBAT was a Sears exclusive here in the U S. I could be wrong, vaguely recall seeing in in a X mad Wish Book.

There are two: Cobrastickers.com (they have a great selection and the stickers are pre-cut). There is also RattlerRepros.Weebly.com (the stickers are NOT pre-cut and shipping is very slow, but they are cheaper).

Hi Kevin, Since your top 10 figures (and vehicles) was highly influenced by your 1982 to 1985 collection, maybe you could do a top 3 or top 5 of your favorite figures of each line/series after the mentioned ones. I guess, maybe, you would need to wait until you complete the series you did not complete yet, like 1987, 88, 89, etc. but maybe is not really necessary. Or maybe you could do it only with the series you already have completed, like the 1986 series. I guess you have your preferences and, as said, your top 10 rankings were, of course, a result of your childhood and your 1982 till 1985 collection. I am sure your audience would love to see how you choose within newer figures like, for instance, Falcon, Shockwave, Destro, Stalker or Metal Head within the late 80's and early 90's figures, as the ones you like the most of those late series.

You must be psychic, I was just writing a vlog about ten really good figures from 1991 - 1994 ! I also plan to expand my top ten figures video list (the original shorter version was taken down). In the new one, my top five are still 1982-1985 era, but several figures from 1986-1990 have taken spots six to ten.

Hey Kevin, when did Hasbro destroy their molds? Was it after the original run in 94 or recently? I know some stuff in the late 90s and early 2000s look like re casts. I also wonder if companies like fun scool and plastmara still have theirs.

Joesph Corley Hasbro destroyed all the o-ring figure molds and most of the '80s-'90's vehicle molds in their possession around 2009-2010. From what I understand, many of the molds were given to Funskool to use until they broke - which they did. However, you make a good point: Estrela (of Brazil and later modified for Plastirama of Argentina) and Auriken (of Mexico) had they're own molds... what happened to them?
