CHOCO HEZE DOUGHNUTS
Ingredients:
Flour 500 grams
Sugar 10 grams
Yeast 12 grams
Salt 9 grams
Egg yolk 6
Butter 80 grams
Milk 150 grams
Water as required
Method:
Put all the ingredients in the flour and knead it. Then keep it for a while. Now roll it and cut it and fry to 170c. Then cool them down. Now put the necessary oil inside the Choco haze and fill and topping it with the square hays and serve it.
NEW YORK BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE
Ingredients for base:
Biscuits 200 grams
Butter 70 grams
For Filling:
Cream Cheese 450 grams
Cooking cream 250 grams
Eggs 5
Icing Sugar 250 grams
Milk 125 grams
Method:
Add the boiled butter to the biscuits and mix well and put it in the base of the 9-inch pan. To make fillings, add cooking cream and icing sugar to the cream cheese. Then mix the eggs and milk well in a separate bowl and add it to the prepared batter. Prepare the filling and put it in a pan and bake it at 150c on the water bath for 1-2 hours.
