Hello! I love your channel! So I will be moving to NY to start an internship from September-December. Do you have any recommendations on where to find an affordable apartment, where is safer to live as a young woman, how did you find your place, etc?? Thank you very much!!

yes for sure!! it can be so hard to find an apartment in NYC and since you're only staying for a few months, I'd recommend finding student housing since student housing buildings let you lease for a semester at a time. some student housing is affiliated with a specific university, but there's a lot that is open to any students/recent graduates. if you don't want student housing (which definitely has pros and cons), I would recommend going on FaceBook groups for young women living in the city looking for roommates and/or sublets.
