I wear my coco handle most and I always wear it cross body. Also use warm water and liquid soft soap and color transfer washes off caviar.

I am going to DM you on IG later tonight...I bought a bag ^_^ (I went to the other Chanels and found the one!) but I didn't see the classic flap in this light pink 22P nor in the red....if I did, I still would of gone with the one I'm going to DM you but it would of been tough....I think I would ultimately choose true red over this light pink and if I want a very light bag I would choose off white over light pink...

Enjoyed watching 💕….be yourself when you are speaking with a CA. You asked “this is the co …co ….” When you already know it’s the coco handle. And “Is this the 19? What is this called?” When you already know it’s the Coco crush. You’re quite knowledgeable about all the products at all the houses, and it’s okay if a CA knows that.

I’m always curious what they say though because Chanel often changes the names of products or the online community names items but Chanel calls it something different, plus I’ve heard all things from SAs (some of them don’t even know the name of the Boy Bag) so I’m always interested.

In Hong Kong, you'll never see this, coz SA hold all the hit items and colour to their own customer list. When you go into the store, they just tell you sold out. It feels so bad, if you didn't give any favor to SA, you can't buy any hit/classic item, even just pair of earring

@@lannykurniawan2648 my turn lock on my jumbo classic flap is tarnished a bit too, I have heard conflicting things about Chanel replacing and fixing hardware. Just the other day an SA told me that Chanel doesn't have a 'spa' the way that Hermes will 'spa' and clean up an older bikin or kelly but that Chanel will fix anything that is a defect but not wear and tear. However, SAs always say conflicting things so I wouldn't take one associates word. One of my friends recently had her entire strap replaced (with the chain and woven leather) at Chanel in Toronto. At the end of the day I think it depends on who you are able to talk to, maybe try to get in touch with your local Chanels Director of the boutique because they usually have the most say when it comes to repairs and try to emphasize that you're adamant it is not wear and tear but a defect. It's worth trying, and I hope it works out

You don't have to show any vaccination ID to enter or shop inside any stores in NY (I've been in shopping malls and stand alone stores) For restaurants, if you're eating inside, technically they are supposed to ask you for your vaccination and ID - yet 2 out of 5 times I ate indoors, no one ever asked when I went to have lunch (maybe they forgot, were busy, thought someone else had asked me etc.) and one of the restaurants, I ate at twice (it was soo good) and the first time no one asked (again, I assume it was because they forgot/assumed I had been asked by someone else, who knows) but the next time I went, the hostess did ask to see vaccination and ID before she sat me.

@@thechicantique4567 Oh then yes definitely check out NYC, Bergdorf Goodman has a Chanel inside with great stock and also the flagship Chanel on 5th Avenue - I would try those Chanels first vs the one I vlogged in this video (which is the soho location which had the least stock of all the Chanels I went to) - NYC is so great, you'll have a fun trip I'm sure!

I don't have much experience with this but I have definitely seen this with light coloured bags...but I am thinking that with off white or white, the corner wear wouldn't show much because when the paint (color of the bag) chips away from wear, its white underneath....if this makes sense.
