He really does give 150% every snap. Even if he doesn’t make the play, he never quits on it. Hell of a game from him, Strip sack, fumble recovery, TD, and he saved a TD heineke almost ran in. He’s just getting started too, with some more experience he’s going to be a major problem for other teams.

The Giants have one of the hardest schedules remaining to end the regular season. They play the Vikings on Christmas Eve, then Indianapolis (they must win that one) and then Philadelphia to close the regular season. To get a win against a good Commanders team is massive. Kayvon Thibodeaux gave them a big jolt with his fumble recovery for a touchdown.

As an Eagles fan, I appreciate the respect you're giving them. However, by that last game of the regular season, the Eagles will hopefully have already wrapped up the division and #1 seed, and if so, they'll be playing a lot of their backup players. So the Giants might catch a break there that would give them a better chance at winning that game.

Washington has to play the 49ers, browns, and then the Cowboys so they have a very tough remaining schedule as well. 49ers are playing very well, browns are playing better and Watson seems to be getting back in the groove and is always a tough qb to face and then the Cowboys are very good even though they lost yesterday and almost lost to Texans last week they are still a team that can get going in a hurry and it's the Cowboys, doesn't matter if they are 10-4 or 4-10 they always give Washington a tough game. We really needed to beat the giants and now with the lose and with the lions winning and they have a very favorable remaining schedule it is looking like the Lions are gonna get in the playoffs and the Seahawks have a favorable schedule as well. I look for us(Washington) to not make the playoffs, I mean we are not playoff quality team anyways, I love the heart Heinicke plays with but just like I've been saying he is not the qb that's gonna get it done for us. If he would learn from mistakes and stop repeating them every week then maybe he could be franchise qb but he turns it over to much and it's on him that they lost last night.

Even though I am a lifelong Washington fan I really appreciate and respect the way the Giants play. They are a good team. And it makes the rivalry relevant and fun again. At the end of the day if Washington can’t pull it off I could see myself pulling for the Giants to go as far as possible through the playoffs. So congratulations on the win. It’s all good.

Not only that but it looks like even with trading away several players you might get in the playoffs in their 1st year. Which is exactly what the Bills did. We traded Sammy for a 2nd, Darby for a 3rd, Dareus and Cordy glenn. We literally let go of 4 of our top "Play makers" who didn't fit the culture and ended a 18 year playoff drought.

Traded and cut players to A)Gather Picks B)Keep Culture type players C) Cap space for future. Kayvon Thibodeaux has been getting all kinds of accolades without supporting stats since he came back from early season injury. This is the first game I have seen him take over game such as the Great Lawerence Taylor of old.. For sure he is still learning the game and needs to build up his motors as we pretty gassed most of the game. Kayvon is going make watching Giants game a lot of fun in years to come , I hope if he stays healthy

As a neutral NFL fan, the officials were unfortunately a factor in this game. I am not saying the Commanders would've won, but the referees were a factor. The real shame is that it happened in a division game with two teams tied in records and really felt like a playoff atmosphere.

It's only cuz they highlighted that portion, Kayvon got hands to the face twice that play, the pass wouldn't have even been thrown, if anything it would have been offsetting penalties, they would have to score get a 2 point stop the giants with a minute left, then win in OT

The Giants seem to be hard to stop with Daniel Jones and Barkley. Not only did Saquon make the difference against the Commanders but those plays by spin moves he made were also worth watching. Thibeadoux is showing all he can for the Giants. He earned a fumble recovery, scored off a returning touchdown, and did things thst gave New York all kinds of fuel. I know Heinecke was struggling but he still gave it his best shot too. Especially with that long catch caught for a score to Jahan Dotson. Heinecke and Brian Robinson along with defense is pretty good. Only disapppointment was calls being made unfairly. Coach Ron Rivera Im sure wanted some kind of explanation. But the truth is things just suck at times with the officiating. Good win though by New York. You guys really earned victory regardless of how it all ended.

It should've never been this close. Heineke was bailed out several times by his incredible receivers from marginal throws. He has to be luckiest guy alive with some of those balls he throws up there. Most should be batted down or picked, but his receivers do a super job of catching them anyway.
