I really like the back and forth rules explanation. Clever take on it!

Hey guys, I really love your game and date nights! Keep it up. @Nikki: you could have taken tiles a lot of times without animals in your barns. You could have simply split animals from your enclosures as long as one animal stays there. Thats also the way you get several enclosures with animals of the same kind to be able to breed at 2 enclosures at the same time. I hope that was understandable. Cheers Ben

I came to the comment section to say this exact thing. The other spot that drove me nuts was when Nikki re-used an enclosure that had previously been emptied and inexplicably made it harder to finish by choosing the largest one.

I loved this video! In most videos I’ve watched I almost always see people use the questionmark token the wrong way. When using it, you don’t move the elephant, so if the piece wouldn’t fit, you can place it back where the questionmark token was, and still take the right amount of steps with the elephant. Otherwise you might forget where the elephant originally was and how many steps it took. Hope that’s clear enough of an explanation. ☺️

20:20, Lincoln, could you not have placed an enclosure and taken an animal from one of your other enclosures? I thought Nikki said you could, as long as you still had at least 1 animal left in the enclosure you took from?

Why the Question mark Token to Remember where you went when there is already an elephant already marking the place? Perhaps the question token goes where the elephant started?
@Rik773 жыл бұрын
You are also allowed at any time to pick up any tile from the board and test it out on your own board to see if it fits. The question mark is a handy way to remember where you borrowed the tile from. Its surprisingly easy to forget where the tile came from when testing them out

@@spaztekwarrior I've played 3 Exit games and love them. How do you think they compare to Unlock? Interested to see if I should try them out. Cheers!
@spaztekwarrior4 жыл бұрын
Lightning Monkey Well, the Unlock series requires an app. But don’t let that turn you off. It is an integral part of the escape room experience for the Unlock series and works well for the most part. The Exit series, as you know, makes use of the cards in the box, often requiring cutting or folding of the inner contents. I like both, but the OCD in me wishes I wouldn’t have to wreck the cards of the Exit series. You can make duplicates (scan, print )of the things you need to destroy, but you’d have to make duplicates on the fly and not In advance, to avoid spoilers. ;)

Ohhh I can’t place a tile if I can’t place an animal on it? Oh I don’t know. I saw Lincoln put a flamingo and meerkat after an acquisition and placed them an enclosures that already had one of those animals, I thought they had to go to an empty enclosure or an empty house? I think it’s best that I don’t read the rule book. This game has too many rules for what it is. It should Be patchwork but up to 4 players.
