My biggest regret with this one is not buying more of it to hoard while it was on steep sale at Macy's. YSL will almost certainty either reformulate or discontinue this one at some point. I think YSL's marketing department really messed up on naming this one; my guess is it went on such a steep sale because everyone thought it'd be another forgettable flanker with that name. If you like OG LNDL grab a current formulation of Bleu Electrique while you can. Please YSL, let me buy some 200ml.

Crazy how department stores run flash sales or discounts for fragrances now. I always was under the impression fragrances were the only items that never went on sale. You would have to wait for them to hit discounters.

Exactly same thought. I’m glad they have sales, I hate discounters like Frangscent after getting some with a strong alcohol smell they repackage them so who knows if they refill them. It’s a known technique to add some alcohol to fragrances and it’ll still smell the same expect with a definite alcohol start.

It's weird because fragrances have some of the most ridiculous margins of any product in ANY industry. In a designer fragrance the liquid inside the bottle rarely costs more than 3$, of course packaging there is a cost, but no where near the $100 that fragrances usually retail at.

I have a 2010 vintage "OG" BOTTLE of the original formula. One of my favorite scents that I own. And, keep in mind that I have 87 different bottles, ranging from high end designer, middle of the road underrated sleeper designer frags, and uber expensive niches, that are hyped up power houses. With all that in mind. I am eyeing a bottle of this new blue juice. But, being that I have over 3 ounces left of the "OG", should I go ahead and cop this blue juice, or is it really worth it?
