If it doesn't come from a credible source it's not snitching. Imagine if the courts actually entertained all the gossip in this world. We would all be convicted felons with prison time served. That's the reason I can't be considered snitching because anybody can say whatever the hell they want but I can't be used to convict somebody. It's called hearsay and a person cannot be convicted on hearsay. Alll you have to do is watch the YSL trial to understand this. Terms such as hearsay, credible source, third person Account exist for a reason. Most of the people who are quick to point the finger at someone and call them a snitch don't even know how it works and this is how people who weren't snitching end up with that jacket on them and get killed as a result.
