Anyway, there are certain countries the United States will be allied with 99.9% of the time in the modern world. They are as follows; England 🇬🇧, Canada 🇨🇦, Australia 🇦🇺, & New Zealand 🇳🇿, all English speaking countries. About 4 years ago the military shot a missile from Texas and a military base in the Pacific not only tracked the missile but shot it down from the same island. Therapists, grief counselors such as myself, hospitals are very busy trying to handle trauma caused by an event or by their own parents. It's the parents job to know which children are ready to handle certain events and to know when it is not necessary yet. I don't see them doing anything to protect the children-- parents sitting in front of their children with their backs to the kids, not even seeing their reaction-- not knowing when to pause and explain, when to listen to them, when to comfort. Nothing short here of emotional abandonment. This is a textbook example. If the parents are shocked (easy to read this body language) you can believe the children are also, even moreso although their feelings, fear, may stay internalized for years. New Zealand has universal health care, no school shooting epidemic and live longer. I wish we could brag about how well America cares for its own citizens. I support our military strength but we can’t. justify the costs while our fellow citizens suffer.
