Fun fact: He keeps saying "You could make a religion out of that" until the French Revolution. Then he says "You could make a religion out of-", "NO, DON'T". That refers to a brief period during the French revolutionary age when The Cult of Reason was the official religion of France. It did not last.

Courtney, I don't see that anyone else has said this, so in regards to your comment at 23:07 about how long it took to make this, Bill said in an interview that it took him 11 months to produce the video. 3 of those months were spent on research alone. He also has another history video, which you might enjoy, called the history of japan. He posted it the year before this one and it's absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it! I started watching your channel because you reacted to DCI, but I now watch most of the things you post and am glad that I found it. Your reactions to everything are always enjoyable to watch, and it's even cooler to find someone who isn't from the United States reacting to all things American. Keep up the awesome reactions!

The fact that life is so rare, our type of life even rarer, sapient life exceedingly rare, and intelligent life rarer still, in an existence that 99.9% is instadeath to this form of life, within such a tiny miniature fraction of a moment, where we temporarily call home, makes every moment of our lives spent that much more precious. Upgrade your grey matter and appreciate life and lives more.
