I think the best thing during travelling is having coffee time 😉😋 Oh wow beautiful Char Bagh garden! The architecture of the building looks like India! I always like Japanese garden! Italian garden, with wonderful sculpture! The patio is absolutely beautiful! New Zealand garden very obvious with their own garden ornament and sculptures! Manfield garden, so big and lovely. Wonderful tennis court! I assume this is your favourite? Ancient Egyptian garden is a "wow"! So stunning! So wonderful to stroll here! Beautiful family photo there! All the gardens have their own unique beauty and charm! Definitely a must visit garden! I enjoyed watching this till the end Anita! Thanks for sharing! L17

The garden is so amazing. The Lancewood is such a fascinating tree - I enjoyed hearing about how it grows. The regional grdens are such a treat to see all in one place. Oh! Cool statue of Romulus and Remus. The Egyptian garden is a huge surprise! So amazing to see all the colors. Lovely tour, Anita!

I love that this was split up into many gardens. I liked the native New Zealand one with the raised hut but did wonder what the dozens of raised mounds were. The fact that so many events are held there shows how popular it is. It is good that they have a brochure explaining the various areas too. Thanks for sharing Anita.

Yes Chris, the themes and focus of the gardens are well grouped yet also well spread. It's a maze of delight to wander through. It can be overwhelming at times. Love the place and have done since the '70s since my first visit. It won't be the last visit either hopefully. I aim to be back to see what else has been developed. A fantastic set of garden's Anita. The Japanese gardens are usually my favourite as I just love all of the colours and textures they incorporate into them. The Egyptian gardens were something else though, a fantastic execution of the new and the old, however, I think they were just missing some Nile crocodiles from the pond 😁

I love all different gardens ❤❤❤ In Chiang Mai there’s something similar to this, it’s called Royal Rajapruek park and there’s a huge part that they have different Asian gardens. Love it 🥰🥰🥰

Must be about a year since I last went, looking a little more filled in. Nice Autumn colours 😀. Recently Hamilton City announced that they will be charging $20 for all those visiting the formal garden who are not from Hamilton City. Fair enough we charge on the same basis for the Auckland Museum. It must cost a fortune to keep it looking so good. Nice video, you did well and yes I’ve darkened the doors of the cafe on numerous occasions. 😀

@@Chris-NZ thanks Chris. Yes the user pays can’t be avoided. I just wonder how they will police that. I’m a resident while in NZ. Do we have to show passport/drivers licence? It’ll be interesting. I do donate on each occasion so the money will be well spent. Don’t mind paying but just wonder about the technical aspects of the system. There are two more themes in progress and the entrance is being renewed. I had much more footage but thought I can always show from another angle next visit. Thanks for the feedback Chris.
