In my experience, i dont thnk its mandatory to provide. But you can hand it out for a record. But private schools might insist for it i guess.

I think there are special schools... I am not so sure, how they works. If you have PR /citizenship you might get good options and support for low cost. Some private schools n normal school provide initial learning disorder support.. I think, for differently abled kids, the education system in NZ is far better than Indian schooling system... Environment is free from bad competitions, exams, stress and overloaded syllabus... They teach in a more open and creative way... Also there is no memory test and multiple languages... They won't feel distressed..

In govt aided high schools, won't be a problem I believe... BTW you can't take admission direct from India... You will have to come here and schedule a meeting with school... N provide documents
