Love the vlog! New Zealand is indeed very beautiful. If you like mountains, lakes and roadtrips, I suggest Canada's Rocky Mountains next, it's beautiful as well.

Hehe thank you! We travelled in Nov, Spring/Summer. Was quite cold for me in the AM/night/when it rained, but ok for my husband :)

Hey I was curious if NZD airport allowed you guys to bring in all the maggi and other types of foods from Singapore?

Ah, we bought our maggi from NZ :) All foods had to be declared and they were quite strict, so we didn’t bring any food in to be safe. Oh, my AirPods also got confiscated cos it’s considered a battery inside a checked in luggage 🥹 so do keep them in your hand carry if you’ve any!

Hello, not sure if you've been there already but we bought the cookware from Decathlon. Cooking gas was purchased from camping stores in NZ since we can't bring them onboard planes. Hope you had a great trip if you already went!

Nice vlog. I’m also planning to go to NZ this year. I’ve a question basically related to Visa documents, so I’m married, but I don’t have a marriage certificate yet. What kind of documents can be submitted in lieu of marriage certificate and would I have to change the category from Married to Partner or something? It would be great if you could help me

Hmm, yes if you enjoy a boat trip out and learning about the ecosystem, but not really if you're there just to see the worms. There are other non-ticketed places you can explore to see them as well :) sorry for the late response, hope it's still helpful!

Oh hi :) regarding the sunlight being very strong.. opps because I saw you mentioned it was mid Nov! and we are intending to go queenstown in 21 Nov 2024. Would greatly appreciate if you can share like the UV index in the day time and like avg temp in the noon? ☺❤ I check online and saw its about 18 degrees max, so i thought it will be more cooling😔

hello Teresa :) hm the temperature was generally below 25, but the actual feel varies a lot due to the sunlight, wind or rain. Generally recommend to layer up and shed them as needed haha. Didn't pay attention to the UVB index then. Have a good trip in Nov!!
