Question!! Sometimes I am unable to see the other person's white board (like it's stuck in loading) since it gives me a "reload" option when I try right clicking on it. How can I fix this?

Thank you for your comment, I wonder if it has anything to do with how the host has shared it with you, ie, viewer or editor as I showed in the video. Also, do you have a Zoom account yourself, and if so does this happen all the time or just randomly?
