Thank you, Tony. I just checked both upper and lower settings for you. The highest both go is 66F and the lowest is 40 bottom and 50 top. I love my cooler it's the best thing you can do for your wine and drink storage.

Where do the plastic containers go? Nothing said on the video or in the instruction booklet?

I agree. I found out they are used for drips....dripping containers so you can put them where you like.

Could you put beverages on the top portion of it and wine on the lower portion? Temperature can be controlled and be set differently for top and bottom portions right. I know they make a beverage unit specifically but I wanted to know what you think.

Oh yes, that's exactly how I use it. I also store water bottles in it. Yes, dual temps which rocks. I love this wine cooler. The company has great customer service too which rocks. I was thinking of getting the beverage unit first but we love our wine too so we use it for both. You will love it. we do!

Can you better explain how the plastic tubs function as humidity control? We got a similar model and we are baffled.

From what I've read, you just place them in the fridge and they are supposed to be a catcher for water condensation. Hope that helps.
