Stops them barking at noises outside. 🙌 🐕 🐶 I also drink 3 to 4 teabags of chamomile tea in a cup. I can start it steeping it from the morning before. No Side effects. Nature's excellent remedy. Heard that 5 tea bags was like a valium for trauma and have relied on it and the rain sounds as much as I can.

there's a leak in my roof the landlord refuses to fix, so the sound or rain hitting my roof gives me a weird amount of anxiety, to put it lightly. the only whit noise that i can relax to though is ironically rain/wind/crackling campfires (i had an app but don't anymore). this video is allowing me to be relaxed during the rainfall, at home, without blaring music/tv. It's one of the better ones which is why i'm even commenting at all. 5/5

Many combat Veterans suffer from Tinnitus; it's horrible and debilitating! Worse yet, there's no cure. The non-stop buzzing/ringing in the ear causes Veterans to commit suicide (along with PTSD). After eustacian tube surgery followed by a max of two injections deep in the ear, I too have Tinnitus. I play these `white noise` videos around the clock but this is my favorite! God kept me alive to fulfill his life's plan hence, I March on. 😊
