I love the snuggle me. My daughter likes to be held all the time and the snuggle me kinda gives her that same feeling. I can have her next to me and pump or eat. It’s amazing. I understand your breastfeeding feelings. My daughter was 6 weeks premature and stayed in the NICU for a while after she was born. I had to pump exclusively for her feeding tube, she was too small to breastfeed and latch properly. Now she is home and almost 8 weeks old and trying to breastfeed is still a struggle with her latch. I decided to start weening off of the pump because it’s just extremely painful and I’ve tried many different pumping products. I have lot of mom guilt about no longer feeding her breast milk via bottle, but I know fed is best. The pain and stress was really getting to me and got in the way of me bonding with my daughter. I’m lucky many people in my life including medical professionals have been supportive of my choice. Helps me feel less guilty.

We used mam bottles. I breastfed for 8 months and pumped when I went back to work- my daughter did so well with them. I had a lot of mom guilt when I stopped breastfeeding. Partially because I was at a point with my medical condition that I wasn’t able to walk and had to go back on my biologic- which isn’t safe during breast feeding. What made the whole situation worse was- my daughter has severe food allergies- that we didn’t even know about until I stopped breastfeeding. My daughter ended up losing so much weight that when she turned 1 year old- she was wearing 0-3 month clothes and we were facing a feeding tube. Luckily, we were able to afford the very expensive elemental formula that they put in feeding tubes which she would take in those mam bottles… until that Abbott formula shortage….The mom guilt was SO overwhelming at one point that I considered stopping my medication and starting to breast feed again so she would gain some weight back. She has so many food allergies- I cried to her doctor that I don’t know how to feed her… what do you feed a kid with no eggs, no soy, no diary, no peanuts or tree nuts, no mustard and no cinnamon? I went to nutritional counseling to learn how to feed her. We even were able to work out a formula situation to help her gain weight and muscle. Now, she’s almost 3 and just starting to fit 3T clothes. I can honestly say, a fed baby is best… no matter how you have to do it.

Great video!! It's so hard to find formula feeding videos on KZbin. We are due in March with baby #6. I breastfed my first 4 babies and was so over it by baby 5. All c sections here. Loved this video!!

Thank you!! Yes so hard to find formula feeding videos!! I’ve always wanted to breastfeed but it becomes so mentally and physically exhausting. We’re finally living our best life over here on formula 🙌🏼

Feel the same way about breast feeding i had multiple painful blocked milk ducts i could barely.hold my baby on top of that i went back to work at 6weeks and wanted to stop breastfeeding cuz i dont wanna deal with the pain while at work .... i felt so guilty cuz im producing milk and lots of moms wish they could and i was trying to stop my supply while others wish they had one and want my baby to have the best nutrients

Oversupply is a blessing and a curse! Ultimately we have to do what’s best for us. How did weaning go for you? It took me weeks!

@@melewing i had blocked.ducts for a good week it was tough i still leak and miss giving her my milk and would love to be able to gi back to pumping but its just not good for me

this is where I'm at also!! I feel so much guilt bc I breastfed all 3 kids and now I'm at the point with my third that I just want to stop. more for selfish reasons bc my supply is always good but I just cannot.
