Really good video. Thank you so much for it Just one thing, I think in aortic coarctation, both femoral pulses will be either absent or very weak. You can't differentiate a side. A side difference is in the upper limbs where the pulses in the left arm maybe weaker

Great video, have watched it so many times and each time there is a detail I hadn't noticed before ! In the UK, feeling the palate is considered insufficient and we are asked to fully visualise the palate and uvula if a cleft palate is not to be missed.

Did you mean to say that the machine like murmur is caused by the "patent" ductus arteriosus and not the "closed" PDA? Its the fact that it is open that causes the murmur.
