I'm sorry to hear that. At this point it could be due to breast-feeding jaundice, which I briefly mention. But if you have any concerns, I suggest you bring the baby to the pediatrician now for evaluation so they can do the proper tests and exam.

Mam my son was born on 1 June 2022 ...but on 3 June his billirurin 16 ...and was put under phototherapy for 48 hrs ...on discharge his billirubin was 9.6 ...but till now he still has that yellowish colour on the skin ..how long will it take for this yellow colour to disappear

Breastfeeding usually takes a few days to ramp up supply in the beginning, especially with the first baby, so in that time the baby might not get as much fluids compared to a bottle fed baby. After the supply is in, that's no longer the case.
