I'm on my 3rd kid and all of them had CMPA. However, with my 3rd baby, We are also dealing with a soy allergy which has made breast feeding incredibly challenging. We switched to alimentum (my firstborn did well on it), but the mucus in his poop was not subsiding. We eventually switched to puramino and cut out breast milk entirely despite being pretty confident that my milk was dairy and soy free. It's been over 1 week on the puramino strictly, but there's still mucus in the poop. I worry that using and amino acid bases formula would affect baby's chances of overcoming the CMPA. My eldest is 7 years old now and still allergic to dairy, although he can tolerate in certain forms to an extent (I.e. cooked yogurt). He was strictly formula fed with alimentum at 6 weeks. With my second, I was able to nurse him by maintaining a dairy free diet. He got over the allergy by age 1. I wonder if hypoallergenic formula affects chances of overcoming the allergy.

Realy liked your video. Going to watch the others. I’m a cardiac surgeon in Brazil but i have no experience in pediatric surgery. Its a whole new universe. But i have to study for compliance reasons. Introduce slowly), slow starches (white rice is fast starch, slow like beans, oats, barley, lentils), fermented food (yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut , miso, good probiotics, can introduce slowly). 3. Cut off inflammation food, esp added sugar. Vegetable oil and seed oil could increase inflammation too 4. Nerve system and stress management: Give unstructured time to let relax and better mental health. Regulating adults for better nerve systems for kids.

Hi, not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask a professional question but my son has HLHS and had the Norwood done at about 4 days old. Months later, they did the Glenn procedure when he was about 6 months old. But for some reason, he was not doing well. He was on ECMO for some small time. But doctors never had answers as to why it didn’t work. They did cath procedures, and found nothing. They ended putting him back with the Norwood. It was a long recovery of 6 months and yet he still is at the hospital. Heart transplant is not an option since he will reject it. Any chance the Glenn and Fontan cane be done at the same time? Just trying to think outside the box

I would really like more information on nutrition, especially for my children. Inflammation in the body. And would like more natural ways to help children heal everyday challenges like eczema & toe infections. My 2 year old son has now just started have skin rashes & spots on his body that are very itchy. And I continue to go to the doctor where they give yet another cream to try that doesn't work. I'd like to know that there are other ways through things like diet I could try. Thank you

I’m lactose intolerant and get really bad gas and runs from milk + cheese 🧀 and when I eat these things my breastfed baby also gets gas but I ❤️ 🧀 and and so does my baby so I guess we just deal with it

Hi, I'm feeding both formula and breastmilk, I can't tell if whichever one is affecting her. My baby spilt up after every meal or during feeding. She very gasy, and fussy. She won't sleep long. I tried gentease enfamil and original simlac, they won't help much. Can baby tastes the iron/metallic tastes ? Enfamil has really strong metallic tastes.

Always boil cows milk first and let it cool before giving it to baby. Colic is the first sign of cow milk allergy. All formula milk is cows milk. Try diluted milk if you think it's allergy. Alternatively try goats milk as protein is more digestible. Consult a doctor if colic is persistent as it may be problems with breathing and sucking at the same time or sinus problems. People have sinus problems for various reasons Dill or mint water helps with colic even for adults. Breast milk is ideal for human babies.
