My son is 26 months. We still use his white noise machine, his angelcare bath support (he can lie back while we bathe him), his car seat (we bought a convertible from day one as I never wanted to carry an infant car seat), his stroller, baby blankets now used in his crib, and his crib.

Loved the tips! I do have to say I really liked our infant car seat. I feel like the main selling feature (for me) is that it's part of a travel system (i.e. car seat can be used with stroller) so that when baby is sleeping in the car, I can easily put the car seat in the stroller without waking her up and therefore, not always schedule my day around her naps. Obviously keep the naps in the car seat to a minimum (especially for newborns) but since babies sleep so much, there will definitely be times where baby falls asleep in the car. So instead of waking them up (or sitting in the car waiting for them to wake up), you can put the car seat in your stroller and go on with your day!

Don’t rush potty training. I’m glad you feel that way. My 3 year old still wears pull ups when we go out. He just now became potty trained for at home. We did the 3 day method about a month ago. It didn’t work in 3 days. But it made a HUGE impact on him and by 2 weeks he was great with going potty while at home. But he still has accidents so no big deal.

You are really kind and honest to share all of this mummy stuff. I wish I watched this video 5 years ago so I'd know what to buy for my first born. I've wasted money on a lousy baby carrier and ended up using a stroller. My 5 year old still fits on a stroller because his weight still hasn't reach 15kg. He is a small guy I can say. However, my second born is much bigger and my dad bought a double/twin stroller (front and back type) for both my boys. It does come in handy even though my children are 4 years apart. So yeah, my youngest whom is also my second child is turning 9 months old. He used most of his brother's old baby stuff. I bought a new baby carrier and baby cot/playpen for him. I guess it's fair. Hahaha.. Anyways, thank you very much for this video! It is really helpful and I might look into the recommended items soon. Thanks again! :)

I love this video!!! It just came out late for me !!! My second baby es already 11 months.... I have always think about the Donna and I wish I have got it with my first and even with my second ... I am done with babies but that car seat I believe it’s worth it!!! On the stroller side I have also made my mistakes... I started up with a UPPAbaby Cruz and then upgraded to a Vista when little girl arrived.... I think you just forget to mentioned the bottle sterilized I have the wabi baby and it’s been almost 3 years in used and it’s keep working !!! I breastfeed my boy until he was 18 months and now my daughter is 11 months and being a full time working mom you need help sterilized all pumping parts plus bottles

I love my Chicco Liteway stroller. I got it almost 75% off during the Toys R Us closing sale and if something happened to it, I'd definitely pay double the full price to replace it. I'm stuck on what to get when baby #2 makes her appearance next year for a double that a tall toddler and a newborn can be in at the same time that's not huge and heavy.
@annecasale35635 жыл бұрын
Kangaroo Mommy try the Contours Baby Options Elite or the next model up, the Curve. I looked into so so many options of double strollers and settled on this. It’s tandem, easy to get in and out of doors and around stores, it’s got a huge storage basket too. The seats are very very roomy....both in height (for a taller toddler) and space between seats for legroom. Seats are interchangeable, can face you, face parent, or face each other. Also seats can be removed and an infant car seat can be clipped in. I went with the Curve. A bit pricey but exactly what I needed with a toddler and a newborn. Good luck!!
@kamehaz5 жыл бұрын
Kangaroo Mommy the contours is huge! I would recommend the Baby jogger city mini double or the Zoe x2 stroller. If you want a bigger tandem then the baby higher city select is the most amazing and can be used as a single or double.

@SusanYara5 жыл бұрын
Anylu Chong Hi! We stopped when Nikash started rolling over around 5 months. I got the grand dock-a-tot when he was about 12 months and it was the biggest waste, so I wouldn’t purchase the large snuggleme either. They’re only good if you truly plan to keep your kid in it and they transition to the larger one. At that point he was sleep trained and didn’t need it. I thought we might use it on weekend trips, but nope! Never got any use. I plan to use the original snuggleme with the new baby though!
