Carpet pad is what they were trying to think of. That's what goes under the carpet and contributes to the cushion you feel when walking on it.

When i say i charge a min 80€ for 20 photos in 2 sets, in my country, in my town, people say is a lot :-( How to revert this?

You need to look up Sue Bryce on youTube, maybe start with "28 Days with Sue Bryce: Confronting Fear". Sue is also a successful photographer and business woman who also helped Kelly Brown become successful in terms of the business side of things. She has some great business lessons and will explain things like, how do you expect clients to value your work if you don't.

I understand. I also understand people with average salary of 500$ a month.

Are you trying to make money or are you trying to save them money. You must decide whether the food goes on your table or on theirs. If they're coming to you then they're seeking a luxury service, no one needs photos to survive. I think it's you that has a problem with what you charge and not so much your clients. Most will tell you the price is too high and then will seek a photographer that is confident in his craft and is a better salesman and the client walks out of his studio paying double if not triple what you're charging. The irony is that your pictures are probably better than his.

Where I live in Portugal (small village) 80 euros is a lot, BUT I still don't do newborn photoshoot less then for 95 (20 edited images) as I need to cover at least my costs! And its only because I do not have lots of confident with newborns YET that is why I am attending to Kelly Brown workshop in March (Porto), cannot wait!
