This music blows my mind and takes me back to a time i wasn't even alive. Hard to explain but i know what i mean a natural state of being. Maybe something to do with growing up by the sea and on the sea in Suffolk

They're in F+, traditional tuning for these pipes, which is a slightly sharp F but not F#

@@ormirian7364 The sets Andy & Andy play here are actually in F# proper - a fairly common pitch for historical pipes, and still favoured by some solo pipers today.

You're missing the slight variations in each repetition then? Try listening a bit harder.

Just one sounds a little too abrupt and jagged for me, but two playing together creates a wonderful jovial atmosphere
