Awesome Alice Cooper song and this choir as nailed it too.

Happened to stumble on this being a lifelong Alice Cooper fan. Would never have imagined a choir would choose to cover this relatively unknown brilliant album track, but what a great result.

One of Alice Coopers darkest and most unsettling tracks. So odd they would cover it 😂 and I reckon 1% of the audience knew it

Last temptation is the best album Cooper ever did outside of the original line up. Great Godly message. Why did he stop, after "brutal planet"? Probably preasure from his manager or record company. Some of the videos I've seen on u-tube of his "last temptation" tour in the mid 90s when the album was released angered me because he changed the lyrics in the song "NOTHINGS FREE" to water down the gospel message. Maybe he was afraid to offend the unbelievers in the audience! 20 pieces of silver? The original song was 30 pieces of Silver! I think everyone knows what he was talking about.

It actually is my favorite Alice album period. I doubt it was pressure from the record label because he has switched labels a few times after the Brutal Planet album. Alice is a secular artist who happens to be a Christian (which I love). There is still a lot of good Christian messages after Brutal Planet. Dragontown has a lot of Christian themes, you could argue that Run Down the Devil off of Dirty Diamonds is a Christian song. Salvation on Along Came a Spider is Christian themed and there are several songs making reference to his faith on the Paranormal album.

Look up the Sweden show, the lyrics are sung correct. As far as I can tell the video you refer to is an adlib on a lyric he nearly forgot on that night and recovered well as a singer, unless ofcourse there is evidence of this lyrics changed in several shows (other than Sweden98) and I obvously then stand corrected. I highly doubt non Christians would know what that lyrics refers to, everyone certainly does not know as I did not until I looked it up .

Listen carefully to his newer stuff, still very tongue in cheek but good.
