I live in a suburban town along a commuter rail that runs to a big city and one of the things our "downtown" has that I LOVE is a little plant shop. She designed the interior with vintage 1910s and 20s furniture and black and white patterned floors. It's seriously the coolest place and I love going there.

Neighborhood coffee shops are dear to my heart! Nothing against the big chains, but I do love the independently owned shop in our town center. We are a little college town - the coffee shop is within walking distance from my house and from campus. Both townies and students flock there. I am excited for your Newcrest save file - thanks for sharing your time and talent!

I love this.. I wish with debug you could put your favorite items in a favorite folder, that would be very helpful. That way when you build a new house or community lot, you can be like this item would fit perfect here, and you wouldn't have to look for it when it's already in your favorite folder.

Debug is less scary and a lot easier to navigate through with TwistedMexis' Better Build/Buy mod. I highly recommend it if you're into building. It also adds lots of qol stuff like separating the kits into individual categories to make finding the item you want easier, ou cloning debug items etc. In regards to updating the mod, it's literally just downloading it and putting it in the mods folder again. It's really not that much of a hassle.

I recently found you as one of my pop ups and watched a few of your sims4 builds and i have to say, you have an amazing way of styling these rooms, homes and buildings. keep up the great work and cant wait to see your next build. i wish i was as good as you with my builds. my big Q is how do you change the look of items, for example the sign for the coffee shop, i saw it change a dozen times until you liked which one you wanted. please let me know, cuz i am a simmer and i also stream my sims 4 game as well, and id love to know some tips and tricks. is it weird i wish ea hadn't left all of newcrest empty, i know its cuz they want you the player to build it but I wish there were at least a couple townies in afew homes in afew neighboorhoods in it, not as full as willow creek mind you, but just afew so theres at least some consistency, cuz otherwise idk how to fill out the entire thing xD theres to many lots
