Thanks for making this! I’m gonna follow this process for my Duke 1.5’s - prior to dipping, should I open/set those 1.5’s so that the jaws get dye on them where they close shut?

Just got some speed dip. Do you also wax your traps after this process?

Have done this with a half a dozen traps this year and they have all remained really tacky and sticky even after a lengthy drying period. I’ve left them in milk crates outside hoping they’ll dry up a bit to not make a mess when setting. This normal? Keep up the great content folks!

Usually happens when dipped in humid weather, my traps stayed really tacky for 6 months, I soaked in gas to strip it off . I spray paint my traps now , only speed dip I ever had good results with was Blackies.

We've had some come out tacky before but I find after a single use in the field that fades.
