After australia.... it's England..they never lost a test series in South Africa since 2004...they won 2 - 1 in 2005 .. they drew it 1-1 in 2009 and also won 2- 1 in 2015 and again won 3-1 in 2019

This series quickly fell into the shadow of the 2005 Ashes but for me it is possibly just as good a performance from England, if not even better. One of the toughest tours in world cricket and England dominated for long periods, only having one bad game really which was the one they lost. So many great names in this South African team Smith, Kallis, Boucher, Gibbs, Pollock, Ntini; and De Villiers, Amla and Steyn in their younger days - some achievement away from home beating this team.

I wish we would start playing proper test series again. With 5 test matches, like this series had. Instead of this 2 test matches against one country and 2 or 3 test matches against another country in the summer, along with the winter tour. I know it's all about money but it's ridiculous.
