@Crazyngahu for fitment the m19, the m10s are too big to keep in place. For audio, the m10s, the m19s, not great at all.

I had charged my phone with the case but the case battery was decreasing but my phone battery didn't increased what's the issue behind it???

I had this issue with other TWS earbuds,try and see if the connection pads on the earphone are clear/clean, I had to get a tiny bit of light sandpaper just to slightly score the charging pads, then when they went back into the charge case the faulty earbuds would then charge. Most times if its not a charging issue, you have to reset the earbuds by first clearing all devices from the connection to the earphones, turning the earbuds off, turning them on but not letting go of the touch controls for 7+seconds, they should go into reset pairing, they should connect to one another first then go ahead and try and sync to your BT device.

Worst 😢😢 max to max battery backup is 2 hr
