I want to make a comment about Ronaldinho. When i was a kid, i was sad because Ronaldinho was the proof that Brazil will allways be the greatest of the continent. I tought that no one will be at the level of Ronaldinho in the future. That we will no have a world best player (what now, everybody call "GOAT"), as the brazilians had. The time was passing, and the news talk sometimes about a new Maradona. A kid from Rosario, that was becoming the best player of the spaniard league, and soon would be the best of the european championship. The point is, Ronaldinho was at the time, and without a doubt, one of the best players of history of this sport. And the worst nightmare to our hope to still being part of the history of the World Cup

Overall individual statistics for the two of them (messi & cr7) are also still superior Messi than cr7.
