The cats at the beginning are taylor's cat meredith and olivia (they're scottish folds) and the cat you see in the middle of the video was a rescue cat that was up for adoption that taylor adopted and name benjamin! Those are the dixie chicks in that painting and it was an easter egg for that on the album they sang another song with Taylor called soon you'll get better about taylor's mom journey with cancer. This was the first video of the lover era (before we even knew the album was called lover- hence the sign when taylor was sitting on the unicorn) and held a lot of easter eggs about the album

I've seen this video numerous times and never noticed the painting with the DIXIE CHICKS (now just called "The Chicks") before. Good call! That's definitely them. This song is one of the few that some Taylor Swift fans don't like too much because of the somewhat childish lyrics about spelling, overall it's still super catchy though! A few things you missed in the video: The snake bursting into butterflies at the beginning symbolized the end of Taylor's reputation album era, which was where her super dark music comes from (Look What You Made Me Do, ...Ready For It?, etc.) Taylor used snakes as a symbol of the reputation era a lot, so the snake bursting into butterflies signalled the start of her next album's era (Lover, which is super positive, etc.) Also, the two cats in the beginning (her "daughters") are actually Taylor's real life cats! She also ended up adopting the third kitten that appeared in this video (the one Brendon offered her as a gift). Taylor also has some behind-the-scenes videos for most of her music videos, maybe you'd like to check those out to see how they're made!
