Hello sorry for the late reply bro, was traveling... with your qualifications and experience you should have many choices available to you. Biomedical Engineering is an in-demand profession in many provinces. Besides popular choices like Toronto and Vancouver, there are many others like Manitoba, nova scotia, Alberta (Calgary). 6.5 band is a good score for most provinces PNP/ express entry.. good luck with your search and keep in touch!

Without IELTS sabb kuch mushkil ho jata hai.. express entry pool mei enter hone ke liye IELTS pre-requisite hai.. Quebec province mei sirf French language test deke apply karr sakte hai.. in all other places IELTS is needed for permanent residence. Temporary visas/visitor/work are possible without IELTS but PR needs IELTS. In many provinces a low IELTS score is acceptable.. ye provinces consider karna theek hoga agar english thoda kamm ata hai.. good luck brother 👍
