I love the new Cinnamon Swirls caron cakes but I've been avoiding Michael's because of them. If I actually see them in person I might but be able to resist and they are way too expensive! That macaw colour combo is so so pretty I would definitely buy that if I had it available here, sadly we don't have the US brand yarns here in France, only from amazon maybe but the shipping cost is crazy usually haha Also that macaw cake reminded me the Cookie yarn line from hobbii and interestingly the Cookie yarns are made in India too if I am not mistaken... :)

I was in Michael's yesterday looking blocking mats (they didn't have) and saw the new Caron Cakes. On my, so lovely. I had 2 of the colorway Macaw in my Carr then I saw the price! The cakes flew out of my cart back on the shelf while I was trying to smooth my ruffled feathers. As a yarn addict I feel abused by greedy companies.
