If you’ve followed both cases in question (the other being the 50/50 group) it does make a lot of sense.They aren’t saying idols can’t argue, complain, leave their companies or sue for contract terminations as a number have, but in both cases these idols try to break their contracts early on dubious ground to go and join a pre-identified separate entity. In the business world that’s highly frowned upon pretty much anywhere and everywhere. There is a huge poaching case with the biggest American artist management agency as we speak. No chart data, no award shows, no albums, no tours, no advertisers (the Advertisers have just announced they are not continuing their contract with NJ), no brand ambassadorships, next social media will also ban them. Back tracking is the ONLY way foward for them, they just need to woman up and admit tampering from MHJ. The whole world is watching, brand ambassadorships, record deals, advertising, concerts & tours ALL rely on CONTRACTs, NJ and MHJ have shown the Corporate World & the Music Industry Globally that they have no respect for legally binding contracts, and are intent on making hostile take over bids... NO COMPANY would risk them pulling the same stunt on them, so there will be no offers. MHJ name is mud, especially after the investor MHJ approached is dishing the dirt to Dispatch, and how dealing with MHJ impact his share price and bottom line. The only hope these girls have for a career is if they pull there heads in, kiss arse to Ador and get back on track under HYBE, who has a good reputation and considered a good investment. And NO plenty of artist have not done it at all, even those "independent" artist have relied on the industry in some respect, including the charts and award shows.

Hybe/Ador has consistently lied to the girls, so they declared their freedom as per the Unilateral Termination clause in the contract that HYBE SIGNED. As this is being litigated, the Associations have no business threatening the girls until the contract questions are resolved. Let's say for context sake nothing could be done at the National Assembly Nwjns ought to hv sued Ador and hybe, present their evidences and walk free from their legally binding contract "legally" with possible compensation if they truely had a claim but nooo they resorted to boycotting and media play that is shying away from responsibilities at the expense of alot of people involved or uninvolved and the industry at large that is very irresponsible in my opinion.
