Love how Thina brings that calm take on choreo and art side of kpop. Such knowledge and fantastic reaction to NJ releases - one of the best on YT!! The sound on ETA which you queried (I think) is a sampled synth brass or synth trumpet. Probably has been altered from a standard sample pack sound. "ASAP" soundscape and production is mindblowing...

Thina--- I think you might have missed the plot--- some scenes in the MV. If you go back you can see that Eva hit the couple. Then they drive to the cliff with the guy's shirt hanging from the trunk of the car (so we assume Eva hit them and killed them). We don't know what happens after Eva gets out of the car..........

You missed some ETA scenes for looking at the lyrics, that's why you got confused at some parts. That's why i always say to reactors to react 2 times at the same music video, one without subtitles and the other with subtitles (like Aaron Freeman the youtuber do)

Awesome reaction video. Love your insightful comments and typically in agreement with your likes and dislikes. However, I am about to dump on ASAP, hard. Keep in mind that I believe Ditto, OMG and Cool With You have elevated Kpop to new levels of artistic achievement. So I love NewJeans, but ASAP seems like a self-indulgent arrogant "look at me and how artsy I can be" vomit stream. ASAP is a very divisive song. Many reactors seem to be tremendously disappointed with it after being pumped up by the teaser. Some, like you, love it. Why, I don't know, but totally respect your right to love it. In my humble opinion, it is NewJeans least relatable music video (translated: boring) and most mediocre song to date (translated: boring). It is NewJeans' version of a Jackson Pollock painting, completely unrelatable to the vast majority of people, but to a small very artistic minority, it's art on higher level. That's great if you want to impress the tiny circle of art critics and collectors. Not so fine if you want to get on the radio and break 100 million views on KZbin. Nevertheless, I am happy that you like it.
