When you hear them describe why they don’t wanna be there and why they don’t want to continue their contract they always refer to wanting to work with min hee Jin. Someone who as of 2 months ago had hybe reopen the SA case on her. In which she requested a 3rd party to look into it. My question to you guys is why would any company want to work with that? I know yall might not want to believe what ador said but they might be willing to work with new jeans just not with MHJ. The fact that the girls are willing to still fly and do their activities goes to show you they indeed have no way out of their contract. Saying hybe should pay the contract termination fee then continuing to not comply and try to work things out with you company is red flags to me. It’s showing arrogance and that’s why contracts were made. What NJ is doing is tampering. Willing to continue to do activities but not wanting to discuss futures or plans without MHJ until she’s ceo again is so stupid. You’re willing to just throw your entire group away instead 0f trying to see if change actually happens. (IN MY PERSONAL OPINION) with the drama between illit and newjeans fandoms, i think the manager *TRIED* to prevent something from happening. they definitely faced mistreatment (most hidden because they’re tied to legalities), but it was probably less worse than idols working at a smaller company. Admittedly, hybe does suck, they wanted to throw away new jeans bc hybe is corrupt. But in my opinion, newjeans is kind of naive. idk if they fully know the terms of contract termination, because they EACH need a MINIMUM of 300 million USD to terminate without being sued. someone is manipulating them and it might not be hybe.

There’s a difference between trying to prevent something from happening and actually addressing the root causes of mistreatment. @@lsrfmislife None of them would lol, im pretty sure there is a rule in all big 4 agency contracts that state after you leave the ENT that you cannot go to one of the big 4 labels for a few years or even at all after the contract is terminated. There is another rule that usually you cannot promote again in the industry for about a year or more after leaving. That's usually why we see artists debut a few years or a year after they leave. Not to mention I don't think SM, JYP, or YG would even consider taking in a already established group, that has been in controversy, went against their company when things didn't go their way under their wings. If they can do it once they could easily do it again no smart or logical company would want to hire them after this, especially not when they are about to go on a legal battle with HYBE since they want to not pay penalties and want to keep the new jeans brand/name. A small agency might be able to take them like how the 3 ex-members of FIFTY FIFTY are re-debuting with ABLUME under a very nugu ENT, that is the only chance NEWJEANS really have to re-debut in the industry or if they go with MIN HEE-JIN herself which is what I think they want to do.

Their disbandment is actually one of the most tragic disbandments that I've ever seen. So unexpected and sad. I'm still quite surprised why their issue has been forgotten by most fans and how it didn't really become a big deal for others. It's just sad to think that these girls were on the top of their careers, but was forcefully and silently stopped just because they stood up for what was right. Even so, losing loads of memories and treasures is okay as long as you stand up for what's right. Good for the girls, wishing them all the luck!

I think what NJ had just said means they will not extend contract with Ador when the contract expire at 29Nov 12AM KST (tonight 28Nov). They held press conference only to announce their intention publicly before there is any movement after midnight from untrusted labels in their eyes. They are aware there will be some media plays on them, influenced by the labels either Ador or Hybe. Anything about who are right or wrong, I have no idea. I only feel emphathy to these 5 talented artists being pulled into harsh business game. If it's real that the contract is going to expire this short, it is MHJ's too early movement that bring the situation come to this point.
