Is this for real … are the panelist really into recruiting … What we look for is problem solving skills … not skills … if I have a good problem solver then he or she can learn any skills … so I look for excellent academics and if for tech solid math / stats skills … Instead of adaptability I would say flexibility to were more than one hat within a role spectrum … I want people who can code / test and deploy … and probably talk to end users or clients .. Am disappointed that LinkedIn which has the largest database of skill database is not even doing anything on upskilling by locking the access to their learning portal … PS: LinkedIn recruiter costs more than 250K INR … so how is this a platform to upskill folks and or counsel folks to Upskill
