The one where he goes to the doctor with abdominal pain and they just tell him he needs water is so relatable. I binge real hard like once a week and then tell myself I don’t have a problem but then my anxiety tells me I have cirrhosis of the liver at 31 and then the doctor says my liver is perfectly healthy.

thanks for sharing this video. I quit smoking cigarettes the same way. I smoked for 19 years. when I decided I was gonna quit, I smoked one after another for 2 days and made myself sick. then I quit cold turkey. it was still a hard thing to go through but I made it. been smoke free for a year and three months now.

I knew it was bad after relapsing a few times...when my shits were just like black tar, my organs felt tender and hurt all the time, etc. After my 3rd detox in 2 months, I got a kidney stone like 2 days into sobriety (attempt 3). Ended up turning into a bad infection of my kidneys that couldve killed me. The kidney infection was the worst physical pain ive experienced, and yet alcohol withdrawals were still way worse for me. No alcohol, and every minute felt like an entire year. Worst physical/mental/emotional anguish. I was drinking probably 1L to an entire handle of the cheapest vodka/whisky EVERY DAY for several months, trying to self medicate after losing my brother, along with a heap of other life changing events. To anyone struggling, keep swinging no matter how many times you strike out. Life is still not great lately, but its liberating to not have that devil on my shoulder, and rotting physically and mentally. Will be 2 years of sobriety in February for me. I was drinking myself to death and had given up on life, and sorta was in the mindset of fuck it, I'll die and maybe get to see my brother again. So stupid. Just know...it's not helping your anxiety. It's not helping your mind or body. It's just slowly killing you and masking those things and making them worse.

It really does trick you into thinking it’s good for anxiety when it makes anxiety much worse. It also tricks you into thinking it makes you charming and social when it eventually just makes you annoying and obnoxious.

Great Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Saankramer Life Card System (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for learning how to stop drinking minus the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got astronomical results with it.

Jan Norris He's not sober but he doesnt drink. He smokes pot everyday and does shrooms sometimes but he hasn't had a drink in years. He does a great XM radio show with Jay Oakerson and he talks about it often.

If you're always getting a lecture then you probably have a problem. Sober people are the only ones who know that you can't make a person get clean they have to want to do it themselves.
