So this one we round lands end and head for Milford Haven. So much was changing on this one. We planned to go to Ireland but changing forecasts stopped that but not only that Ireland was going back into a lockdown and I didn’t fancy spending 2weeks stuck onboard. So as we got round lands end it was up the Bristol Channel we went. We started getting some lumpy seas through the night and wind so I pushed well offshore to keep things safe. I think Darren might of thought I lost the marbles when the sea was getting bigger and I said we are going further out to sea on this next tack..but it really is the safer thing to do... things when a ok apart from the reefing horns snapping off after getting hit with a huge gust lucky the boom didn’t fly of and rip the sail. We kept the boat singing along and got everything tied down so all was well. I knew by almost morning the conditions were to easy so it was just ride her out to the sun comes up. Coming up past Lundy about 25 miles west of it we had do.hind follow us for hours it was just absolutely amazing you will love the footage in this video you will feel like one of the pod. When we get into Milford Haven we met up with Darrel from Sailing and cruising uk. Darrel was very kind and helped us find a welder to do the work on the reefing horn. In the end it was a friend of Darrel who done the work for us so thanks Martin. We met some nice people in Milford and as always we got a great welcome. Once all was sorted we had a very kind offer from Darrell of beer and chips...he also gave us a bit of a guided tour and seeing a little bit of the coast from a different angle... so it was really nice and appreciated. After a couple of days we moved back down into Dale anchorage ..it’s an anchorage I know well now it has very good holding and lots of room. You got to go into the little village it’s actually pretty nice ...anyway I hope you enjoy the video and thanks again Milford Haven for the nice welcome.

Cheers Nick glad you enjoyed the video... if you look at the play lists at the top of the channel there is so many adventures. It’s a bit easier to navigate as you can pick an adventure and watch from start to finish ....⛵️⛵️

Another nice video, thanks. We needed a new engine for our Sigma 33 and research suggested the best new option was a Beta Marine. They sell conversion kits to match older Volvo Penta engine mounts and exhaust. We decided we couldn’t justify the cost in the end so chose to go for a refurbished used Volvo Penta but chose the fresh water cooled variant (VP2002 fresh water). We purchased from Marine Enterprise Ltd who were very helpful and we’ve been happy with the replacement so far!

That looked a tad frisky across the Bristol Channel! Dolphins were amazing. I think you should definitely get a swear jar and send the contents to your favourite mental health charity ;-)

We all swear at times I just don’t hide it and try and be someone I’m not. I’ve came across so many at this game and on video are their page they are so perfect of screen behind the scenes they are the most hateful people ..I’m proud to be real and over this last while I’ve raised a serious amount of money for mental health.with some awesome achievements done raising that money.

Great story, great filming and a great Anchorage at Dale, good information on rounding Pembroke, a good insight into another part of a boat that can go wrong...the pin at the bottom of the mast...but for me the Dolphins were the Creme de la Creme!

Yes the dolphins were great they just connect with you they actually looked us in the eye so many times they knew how interested we were in them it’s like there was connection between man and dolphin I’d say the most personal encounter and I’ve had a few like this but as you say this was 👌

Thank you.⛵️ the crew will be fine if they don’t mess about and just do as they are asked....after all it’s a mans boat not a boys mess up and you know about it the reason I’m like that is just because it’s not Micky mouse sailing boat and if the shit hits the fan I need men that can preform. Hate I grown man that dissolves his own brain

Nice job on filming the dolphins... You're a real "Jacque Cousteau"... can't recall in your other episodes if you went over your monthly expenses as it would be interesting to see how you managed your expenses? Cheers🍺 BTW where's your Sea Shanty😂

The expense side is worked very simple avoid marinas as much as possible eat cheap food...we never eat out ..times we spent very little ..it’s how I do it sea gypsy style ... not many like doing that tbh..well not for long times but I love it
