I absolutely adore Jacquie, her flamboyant attires which suit her to a T and her equine artistry! Her paintings of horses and jockeys are sheer poetry in motion! Thank you so much Dr.Simon Curtis for talking to her. I have dined at Heath Court Hotel quite a few times and seen her painting there but didn't realise it was done directly on the wall and the frame added later to it. Whenever I see her out and about, I feel happy and totally delighted that our Newmarket has such a colourful fashion icon as Jacquie Jones!! God Bless Her and God Bless You for this lovely chat with her! BTW, that drawing done by you was rather good too!! PS: I do have a print of one of Jacquie's paintings - a small one that I picked up from a Charity Shop - something I shall cherish & treasure!!

I draw horses and can paint them too. No where close to recognition though 😢 wouldn't know how to start that process

When it comes to the UK, Jacquie is one of the people that I miss the most. I knew she is an artist and painted horses, but I never knew her as an artist. She is one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever met. Our conversations were about learning, reading, life, and growing as a person. She has a positive effect on everyone, and I have been blessed with getting to call her my friend.
