I came from a Clicgear, so no pivot front wheel is fine by me. Also when you walk up or down a hill, you need to find the fall line. You can't go sideways otherwise, it'll tip. The same thing happens with my ClicGear.

A few questions. How would build quality be a 10/10? Why knock off a point? Second, the ball pocket. You opened and closed it several times, but each time seemed to use both hands. Can you easily open and close it one handed?
