If they do a sequel, I'd like to see Mario and Luigi befriend Yoshi and his family. Yoshi is like one of the most popular characters in the franchise and while I understand it might not make sense to use him right from the get-go, it would still be neat for a sequel. Same goes for something akin to the Koopalings.

Green shells don't actually break on first impact. There are many green shells that bounce off of walls continuously before they actually break. They only break when they hit another kart.

If they made a Zelda movie I feel like Skyward Sword, Wind Waker, or one of the GameBoy games would make more sense since they're more approachable, light-hearted and "family friendly." I feel like BOTW, Twilight Princess, and even Ocarina would maybe be a bit too dark and dour for an animated film that's supposed to appeal to a general audience. I could see a few more serious/adult short films or a series being made for those, though.
