This is my issue with exclusives in classified, they shouldn’t be numbered. Numbering them makes them a missing piece of a collection when you can’t get it. I won’t pay after market price for any of them and have almost stopped me from getting classified altogether. The Eel broke me, and I think this will break others

My complaint was lack of information to WHEN the preorder was exactly. I'm lucky enough to have work that I can schedule myself for. If I have to work when a drop happens it's hit or miss if 'll have cell service. With that being said the rumor mill was that Tues, Wed, Thus of last week was when the exclusive may or may not drop. So I took off those days to be on the ready. Nothing. Then the Rumor was Today at 7p (but maybe kind of sort of at 1p for Pulse, but no one knows anything for sure). So I decided to work since I'd be done before 7. Sure enough 2 hours before the drop it becomes official that it's 1. I just feel that Chuckles and even Serpentor everyone had a general idea when the Pulse drop would happen. I feel that Hasbro themselves were up front about when Pulse can order. Is it against SDCC policy or even Hasbro for that anymore because people might not go to the convention or the booth if they know they have a shot online? In regards to the limit. I was lucky enough to get only what I needed, but I considered going max because I know my local friends and Joe fans might need and I'd do it to help out. Not every one is out to scalp, but I do understand what you're saying. If it's there people will take advantage. 5 might be excessive and 1 is too less. Could 3 be the balance? Enough for those who want 2 and one extra to help a friend? Again I feel that Chuckles was at 2, because I helped a friend with my extra. Then later on they did pre-orders with another limit of 2 and I was able to replace the one I sold to him.

I got Bender, Serpentor, and Chuckles at limit of 2. So yes, it should have been 2 and they should change it to 2.

Couple of issues here. 1) the phone number field erroring out for lots of people, me included. This delayed me to the point that my cart emptied out. 2) 5 each is too many, should have been 2. It was easier to just go over to PayPal but then that’s even more time. The movie figures are my most wanted so this was a figure I really wanted too. Now, eBay is already full of these due to today’s fumble by a company that is too old to still have these types of issues. I’ll be there tomorrow, but if it sells out immediately I just won’t bother buying more. Without this CC I’m missing too big a part of what I want from this line.

I would prefer to get it as fast as I could, but not stressing if I get a pre-order in tomorrow is perfectly acceptable

I was able to get my order in on Monday during the first go around for Pulse members….got the email today that my shipment is already on the way!

I got the E-mail and app notification of the sale at 1:06, and everything was sold out by then. I didn't get a single E-mail or app notification for the second sale day today on the 6th; if not for other collector channels posting updates yesterday evening that there would be a second day of sales for the SDCC exclusive *AND* noting that it was changed from 8am to 11am I would've had no clue that it would be made available again. I got an order in today but stocks were out by 11:04 so MANY people who added it to cart missed out. This is what happens when Hasbro allows for SDCC exclusives to be bought at 5 a piece per customer. It's why you're now seeing Ebay listings between $80 and $200 for the figure; scalpers went on and grabbed 5 a piece denying actual collectors an opportunity to grab 1. Hasbro's Classified team *knows* this is happening and they don't care because they're still making their sales. This is what kills collector communities because people leave in frustration.

Bummed I missed the live stream. Love the show! I'm not a fan of the Cobra La story line, but the figures are incredible. I got 1 and feel lucky. Hope everyone that wants one can get it tomorrow!

Regarding the quantity limit of 5. That would be a good interview question for the Hasbro team. Emily and team probably have nothing to do with that, but i wish they could convince their superiors to change it

I had the link in one browser and was refreshing on the site on the other. First one that loaded I grabbed two and checked out. Asked my boss if he wanted one he said sure and it was sold out when I went back for the third 4 minutes later.

That's basically what happened to me. Grabbed my personal copy. Checked the site to see what else had come up and to verify this was a current sale rather than pre-order. Went back to grab a second one and he was gone - four minutes after live

Like two hours before it went up they posted on KZbin that’s how I found out. Today’s orders were preorders also. Shipping in September.

I was lucky to get one, BUT I think the limit should be 3. Especially not even minutes after it sold out people were trying to scalp them for triple the price on the groups..

There’s no pleasing everyone. It would have sold out at 1 per customer. If it doesn’t sell fast enough,people complain that they made too many.

This is what they did with serpentor I ordered Serpentor day 1 and got him a couple days later then they did pre orders

Yep, I got my email at 1:06 also and it was sold out once I clicked on the link. Didn’t even know it was going up today until see that email.

my mail was 1:10 and I never trust getting mail, I only wanted to check after I failed to check out 5 times and I was there at minute 1 on the Convention exclusive page, not joe section.

I didn't even try because I'm not interested in this aspect of the line. Still, I feel like Hasbro just doesn't get it and has to understand that grown adults have jobs and responsibilities and things other than toys. It's ridiculous.
