Fanstoys Tube is not based on their Huffer at all. It’s 100% different from the ground up. The original toys were mold mates but these 2 are entirely different and I think both toys benefit from this decision, can’t wait for mine to show up soon!

So Pipes and Huffer were essentially an amalgamation of a pre 1980 two axle Yard Dog/Goat and a short hauling cab over semi …. Newer yard dogs are cab over but have an off set single seat cab…. I would love to see THAT truck make an appearance in Transformers but i cannot decide if i want Pipes and Huffer to be yard dogs… or short haulers with no sleeper compartment . Essentially be 3/4 scale of Prime…. What i have in mind for modern yard dogs is Wrack and Ruin …. TWO yard dogs that merger into a two headed two armed robot by merging at the right shoulders … in this
