That's like saying that Dungey wouldn't have won those last few champioships if Villopoto had been around. Dungey retired and Tomac was the best this season, just respect that.

AC has the championship wrapped up, Tomac couldn't afford to finish outside the top 15, Herlings even said so. It's not like Tomac is known for riding easy. Herlings is the only European who's even arguably faster than Tomac, certainly not Cairoli. Really weird how the euros weren't talking trash about Tomac and others in the AMA until Ironman this year...
