There is another way if you don't have photoshop:- 1. Put this article on multiply or in screen(depend on the background used in article) 2. then use crop tool to crop the image or u can simply use opacity mask. 3. remove background of image from any image background image remover. 4. then add stroke to image in premier from legacy title, then add color effect if you want to. 5. you can use linear wipe effect to the graphics (in this case this is rectangle) 6. instead of using flicker you can cut it by 3-2 sequence two times(cut after 3 frame nd after 2 frame twice, then delete 2 frame of the image) and you are done :0

Great instruction video. The English subtitles made the video very understandable for me (I don't speak Hindi).
